Hi @BShifty   Do you have any reference numbers handy?   We'd usually provide one of the reference numbers mentioned on the following link: https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Accounts-Plans/What-Reference-Numbers-can-I- obtain-from-Telstra/ta-p/62960    My understanding is that iPhone X has a backorder currently. If you've ordered, we’ll get it to you as soon as we can and keep you updated every step of the way.   If orders exceed our warehouse stock, you may need to wait longer for your delivery. Once stock becomes available, we’ll allocate that stock to your order based on your place in the queue and dispatch your new device from our warehouse. We’ll keep you updated via email on the progress in the queue.   You can find more information about backorders on the following link: https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/Accounts-Plans/Orders-and-Backorders-FAQ/ta-p/546953    Please let me know if you have any questions   I'm happy to assist where possible or at least point you in the right direction
